CrediThink is a Korean company serving customers worldwide! All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in South Korea, and are guaranteed to be authentic, original products.

Do you ship internationally?

We do!
Unfortunately, we haven’t quite reached perfect worldwide coverage just yet, and the below are the list of countries we can’t ship to at the moment:

If your country is not listed in the above list, its a good bet that we do ship there.

How do I quality for free shipping?

Simply put, all orders over $50 quality for free international shipping!

However, please note that the $50 amount must be reached after all discounts, points, promotions, and anything else that affects the total amount has first been applied.

For example:  If you placed three items that totaled $55 into your cart and had $10 in points you applied, the total would reach $45 making it ineligible for free shipping.  There are two ways to remedy this situation:

1. Add in another amount to break the $50 barrier after discount, or
2. Remove the point discount and save it for the next order.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Most orders are shipped via Korea Post (K-Packet), and comes with a tracking number. Orders over $50 after all applicable discounts are provided free shipping with this option.

UPS is also available for selection at $30, or free for orders over $200 after all applicable discounts.

In both cases, any costs paid do not include any potential customs, duties, taxes, or other fees that may be charged by your country.

Please note that tracking information may not be reliably updated once the package leaves South Korea.

When will my order ship?

We generally pack and ship all paid orders within 24-48 hours of us receiving it, excluding weekends and holidays.
In the event your order is expected to be delayed for 72 hours or more, we will email you separately notifying you of this fact.

When can I expect my package?

This is a very tough question to answer because its based on a large number of factors. Within Korea, we move pretty fast in getting the package out through our doors, usually within a business day or two. It generally only takes an additional day or two thereafter for the package to make its way to the airport here.

From there is where things get tricky. Each country has its own import and customs regulations that international shipments are required to go through, and CrediThink is no different in this regard. Upon clearing customs, the package is then handed over to the local postal service available in the country it is delivered to, which differs greatly in delivery time and tracking.

We generally expect most packages to be delivered within 10 business days, but can take upwards to 25 business days in some cases. Despite the fact that we fulfill orders quickly here in South Korea, we do not have the ability to control shipping and customs conditions abroad.

Do you offer express shipping?

We’ve recently added an Express Shipping option with UPS!

For orders under $200, the UPS Express option can be selected for $30.
For orders over $200, UPS Express is provided at no cost to you!

* Free shipping qualifications are determined only after all applicable discounts have been applied.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping with K-Packet is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 USD for orders under $50.00, and free for orders above $50.00.

Express Shipping with UPS is charged at a flat rate of $30.00 USD for orders under $200.00, and free for orders above $200.00.

What about duties, taxes, and/or fees?

When any international package is received by a foreign country, there is a possibility that it will undergo review to assess any potential taxes, duties, and/or fees in accordance with that country’s regulations and policies. These costs are not included at checkout, may be assessed by your government separately, and are the responsibility of the customer to cover.

My package was damaged! What do I do?
