Returns & Exchange (Damaged/Defective item)
- Returns: If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days from receipt of your order along with photos of damaged products. Once approved, we will arrange for your items to be returned. After we receive and inspect the items, we will send you a replacement or refund to your original method of payment.
- Exchange/Replacement: If the product inside the box is damaged when received and you want to exchange it for different item or for the same item, you must contact us (email@example.com) within 5 days from receipt of your. We will arrange for your items to be returned. After we receive the item, we will send you a replacement right away.
- We are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning of the damaged/defective item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns & Exchange (Unwanted items)
- It's our goal to make sure every customer receives the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can make your return at any time (within 5 days after receiving your package) for a full refund or exchange of your purchase cost from CrediThink.com.
- If you don't want the items any more, contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask return within 5 days after receiving your package. Customers are required to pay shipping cost for return and we refund same amount of purchase price by Credithink Points after we receive and inspect returned items.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
