RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The CrediThink Team is committed to providing quality Korean products to our valued customers. While it is our hope and aim that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there might be times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
In the case of free shipping, an additional amount of $5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount as shipping costs.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt and the acceptable state of the returned merchandise(s). We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
- Only items purchased on www.credithink.com may be accepted for a return.
After reviewing the above, should you wish to request a return and refund of your purchased product(s), please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 7 days of the receipt of your item with a description of the damaged product(s), as well as images of the damage attached. The damaged products policy is honored up to 7 days from when you first receive the item.
