What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order, and varies between orders and destination countries.For customers who order a certain amount, we do offer free shipping!

Please note that any applicable taxes and/or duties charged by the customer’s country is the responsibility of the customer.We cannot estimate the probability nor amount that may need to be paid.

Which payment methods are accepted by CrediThink?

We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.Credit cards are currently being processed through PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

This is a very tough question to answer because its based on a large number of factors. Within Korea, we move pretty fast when it comes to getting the package out through our doors – usually within a business day or two. Generally, it only takes an additional day for the package to make its way to the airport here.

From there is where things get tricky. Each country has its own import and customs regulations that international shipments are required to go through, and CrediThink is no different in this regard. Upon clearing customs, the package is then handed over to the local postal service available in the country it is delivered to, which differs greatly in delivery time and tracking.

We generally expect most packages to be delivered within 10 business days, but can take upwards to 25 business days in some cases. Despite the fact that we fulfill orders quickly here in South Korea, we do not have the ability to control shipping and customs conditions abroad.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We pack it securely to be shipped, and then queue it to be sent out!Orders placed before 9:00am Korean Standard Time are usually sent out same day, and if not, its shipped the following business day.

Very rarely will we take more than 2 business days to fulfill an order, and in such cases we will definitely reach out to you to give you a heads up!

What is your refund policy?

We are only able to grant refunds for unopened items that are shipped back to Korea in a salable (unopened and new) state within 2 weeks of your receipt of the ordered items.The cost of shipping is deducted from the refund amount and is only provided upon us receiving the item and inspecting it.
